China's Housing Dilemma

We have no houseing shortage here in China.Most of our townsmen have more than 2-5 living place.
I don't know where you get this idea?

Housing price is extremely high here in Nanjiang and i know it will be higher in Beijing and Shanghai

We are lucky that we had bought our houses 3 years ago worth 500,000RMB(1RMB:=$11:8) and now the value of our house must get up to at least 900,000 RMB

Firstly please don't be rude.
Please note the title of the post is that "China's Housing Dilemma",but not "the price of CHINA'S house".
Not to mention the price is above 5000.00RMB/sq.m. Some higher standard apartment even can reach more than 20000MB/sq.m.
To tell you the truth,I have got 3 apartment myself.
Here is no houseing shortage,somewhat over-produced.
