"Marc"? District Federal de Mexico, August 10, 1975. A long time ago. Might be a local street artist in Mexico City. There are tons in the main plaza.

Title may be a root of "enapa" meaning dwarf or midget. Hmmmmmm?

Interesting.... It does have the look of a street artist. Perhaps a caricaturist...thanks for the info.
