Sunset and evening star,
And one clear call for me!
And may there be no moaning of the bar,
When I put out to sea,
But such a tide as moving seems asleep,
Too full for sound and foam,
When that which drew from out the boundless deep
Turns again home.
Twilight and evening bell,
And after that the dark!
And may there be no sadness of farewell,
When I embark;
For tho' from out our bourne of Time and Place
The flood may bear me far,
I hope to see my Pilot face to face
When I have crost the bar.

Danny posted this picture of himself on First Word some time ago - his son's fishing boat is in the sea behind him. Great picture of a great man.
@mismi,
My thoughts are with you Danny, a great, gentle and kind man with a heart of gold. You will not be forgotten, nor the kind words , laughter, joy and support that you gave me when I needed it. There are no words that can express how I feel, only that we are blessed to know you.xxxx may your passing be gentle xxx soar high x
@margo,
There are no good-byes. "see you again", "yep"....
@FOUND SOUL,
I am sorely missing what I loved so much about Danny here on A2K. He made me feel safe, and special. I was clever to him and funny and that made me love him even more.
Anyway...
