When I restart my computer I can hear the start up sounds but I cannot hear songs on YouTube. I have updated everything. I can't hear it in iTunes either....does anyone know what I need to do to try to get it working again? I have checked the cords and everything is plugged in (though that can be a problem because of kitty). We are not muted, the sound is turned up - all the obvious bases have been covered - I think.
Any suggestions?

Eh - I fixed it. It was internet explorer. I updated it.
