Well, I'm not aware of the rights about that song but it can be downloaded easily..
Ben E. King wrote the song for the Drifters, of which he had previously been a member. The Drifters practiced the song a little for their friend King and they sang it for their manager. He said, "It's not a bad song, but we don't really need it," so King recorded it himself.
