Dusk is the period of time between sunset and nightfall. Which time is so important for life and to remember the memories? For some, dusk is seen as a mysterious, almost magical time, serving as the bridge between the brightness of day and the darkness of night. The English language contains numerous synonyms for dusk including crepuscule, evenfall, and gloaming. Owing perhaps to the mystical qualities associated with dusk, these words are better suited for poetry than for daily use. And Prof. Prafulla Kumar Mishra directly gave a shape of poetry to the ‘Dusk’. ‘Godhuli’ or the Dusk, have that type of reality by which one cannot avoid to go his past life, it means, bound to enter into past memories. So the thrust of this paper is to highlight that – how the poem of Dr. Mishra touched the inner part of heart and what reality comes out from it ?.
