I had a piece of fibre board next to my drain , when I looked at it I saw there was reddish spots on it plus a greenish mold, can someone tel me what the reddish stains are

It could be red mold. Many types of mold will have a period of their life cycle in which they develop a reddish hue. There are different species of red mold (and molds in general) and there is no way of ascertaining which you are dealing with without testing it or at the very least viewing it.
For your own sake, get something to remove it.
