With the jobless rate at 7.0% and another month of steady job creation. This could mean the end of the recession.

@2tfx,
if you say so but you do realize this current economy is not now and has not been following within any normal paradigm - especially when you consider that new healthcare law has not been effectively implemented yet. Hard to know the recession will end in any meaningful way if companies can't predict what their future costs will be.

Employees don't know what, when and where the type of meaningful hiring will start consistantly be happening and whether or not corps will keep hiring meaningfully with good paying jobs.

The current employment scenarios for many people are either unemployed or grossly under-employed with jobs trickling in. College grads are working many minimum wage or intern positions while a decent job is not available reliably.

@2tfx,
Much of the job growth will go away after the holidays when all the temporarily hired holiday workers are let go. The timing will coincide with yet another battle over budgets and debt and will probably throw us right back into recession.
