Hello everybody,

Lots of exercise is the best way to keep your body healthy. Eat a good diet and make sure you get plenty of rest especially if you are under a lot of stress.

Thank you for that. I was just raising my head above the duvet after a marathon slob weekend session, and halfway through my 12 inch deep filled breakfast pizza when I read your advice.

I shall now go for a ten mile run and munch on a lettuce for lunch.

You have turned my life around (burp).
