cant upload slideshow

Hey, and sorry for my english
I m trying to upload a slideshow video which i create with windows movie maker
I use personal photos and a song from youtube ,as song.wav
I create my slideshow video and i upload it
After few seconds reseaved a message error for ---> COPYRIGHT
why does happen?how i can fix this?
