ask.com found advert on craigslist about placing advert on my car . he is sending me a check to cash in my bank , take out my 350 and wirethe rest to the specialist thats supose to apply it . Is this legit .

If the check he sends you happens to bounce once you've sent the specialist any remainder after keeping the $350, you will be out the $350 PLUS the money you took from your own account to forward to the specialist.
This is very similar to the notorious Nigerian prince email scams you have probably heard horror stories about.
