Can anyone please help me with two clues as l am all in a quandary,
241a softest metal, for which l have either LEAD OR ZINC, the trouble being that the clue 236d ID tag neck cords l have lanyards, which means the second letter to 241a would be A, l went through over 900 four letter words with A as a second letter and got absolutely nothing. So l am asking for some help please.Thanks in advance.

I think you will find the answer is TALC. I use Yahoo too search, never Google
and it came up first time. I have not got to this question yet.

Thank you so much. My hubby and l have been busy looking at all possibilities and just about 2mins ago we came up with TALC as it is a mineral devised from magnesium. l am still working on the stinker myself. so good luck x
