This has nothing to do with paying bills. It's about "Rachel" calling to remind us that "while there is no problem with your account at this time. . . ." Someone here, maybe Chai had a thread on the subject a few years. Rachel is still out there.

To answer the question, no, we can't do a thing. Rachel changes her phone number on an almost daily basis.

I don't pick up any calls where I don't recognize the caller. That saves me the problem. Let them call my machine for all the good it does them.
