Do you know an university anywhere in the world what offers Bachelor's degree online/distance learning programs with low cost?
Cost of the degree should be not more than 5000 USD.
Doesn't need to be accredited.
I found cheap distance learning programs in Asia (India, China, Malesia...)
but they only seem to offer it to their citizens or residents. I live in Europe.
I would like to study IT or CompScience or CompApp...

If you go for $5000 USD you are generally either talking about certification programs (e. g. not an MA) or it's a lousy degree mill.
I'm sure someone will plonk a link in here to some place where a degree can be bought.
