How can I convert audio files from .aa to .mp3 or any format supported by Android?

I have a lot of books from Audible, and now I got the Droid Incredible. I want to play the audiobooks on it, but there is no app. Is there any freeware or software to convert .aa to .mp3?

There is an android version of Audible. I use it on my Nexus 7. You might find it in the Google Play store.
