The clue is Crowd scene muttering (7) I have RH?B?RB I somehow think this RHUBARB but why I don't know.And a crossing word .

You are right, it is RHUBARB, and the other one is CRAU.

During scenes in movies the extras in the background repeatedly say 'rhubarb rhubarb' softly. It creates an indistinguishable murmur that sounds like background chatter.
