Restaurant Investment Question...

Tue 16 Jul, 2013 10:18 pm
I own a local Bar-B-Que restuarant and looking to expand. I have done the research to create my business plan, but am struggling with the investing portion. I have two options to get my business open. a) I need an investment for $200,000 for build out, and equipment purchase. b) For $750,000 I can purchase the land, build my building, and equip the building. I would preferably like to purchase because the value on the land would be a great investment. What would appeal most to an investor? What is a good return for these guys.
Thanks
