phillips lcd tv 32pfl3403d/27 no power

Hello, i have a phillips lcd tv 32pfl3403d/27 there is no power to tv. No lights come on. I checked cord with meter and working fine. The fuse to power supply and caps are fine. I bought new power supply board and installed it. I have some voltage reading now on some of the wires but the number 12 on power board that connects to the inverter board has no readings. Any suggestions on what to replace. The wires do not look fried. Thank for your help
