So happy I found this website, I’m looking forward to expanding my network and connecting with professionals. I recently got promoted to a customer service manager. It is now my job to develop, track and report performance measurements for our department... Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency. I also oversee cross functional work areas targeted to resolve issues raised by customers.

@Arntersons,
In the old days, you would've probably been known as a Time & Motions bod. One of those guys with a clipboard who constantly looked for ways to make the people who actually worked, work just a little bit harder.

One just has to admire all the fancy titles and big words they use nowadays. Progress, I suppose.
