I would be grateful for assistance in checking if the answers I have are correct for the following:

40a. Vettel frequently wraps up pole position (3) elf?
60a. Lady of the manor goes berserk (5) norma?
64a. Poles fenced in silver horses (4) nags?
68a. Attempt to get nip of whiskey (4) shot?

They all look right to me, except for40a. I'm just not sure about that one. I can see how you got it, but I don't know how it relates to the rest of the clue.
