I have a couple that I am not sure: 8d "fruit jam", is it PRESERVE?, 29d "thrasing" =CANING?, 111d "Scratches deeply"=GOUGES? and for 128a "empty (threat)=IDLE? and for 146a I haven't got a clue "Saw us through, ....us over" , I have TI_ED if everything else is correct that is. Thanks for any of this
