I am from China. Here are some articles about China culture and history written by foreigners. You can know more about this country.

Country Career Guide: China
This article talking something about China I fell it is good so I recommended it to my Chinese friends for learning English.

About traveling in China. Tibet is the best choice I think. It's also a dream for me Smile. I am living in Shanghai now. Another cities I recommend are YunNan province with its natural landscape and minority culture, Xi'an city with its history and old building, Jiangsu province for small garden. Every city has its own beautiful landscape and culture. As you know silk, China, green tea are traditional folk product.

Beijing and Shanghai are also better choice. But I think every one has known them through TV or magazines, a political centre and a modern city in China.

If anyone interested in special city you can tell me, I can give you some advice and information:) Traveling is my favorite:D
