Don't give up your day job.

A top actor said he would discourage anyone from pursuing acting as a career. He added that only five percent of actors make a living at the trade.

Human beings have huge potential. You can do what you want and if you want to have an easier time with it, I recommend getting REALLY clear.

What kind of actor? Plays? Movies? TV?
What kind of roles? Drama? Comedy?
If it's comedy, what type of comedy? Vulgar? Playful? Parenting?

Get clear, get clear.

If you don't know, start experimenting. Start up a youtube channel and do some monologues.

Take steps!

First do it as a sideline. As they say, don't give up your day job.
