Could you tell us how many letters for each clue, and also what letters you already have. Not all of us get the magazines.

OOOPS Sorry, 7 a, is nine letters( & 7 D is seven letters.
Can I ask you to try without the letters I have, as I think most of them are wrong!! If you really need them, they are : 7a.. --U---CHE
& 7d I have -AT_ERS.

See how Barb Walker wrote out her clues, plus the # of letters and anything she's already got? That helps those of us without the magazines. We have no idea what the clue is for 7 across or whatever unless you tell us. Thank you.

I have MATTERS does it make any sense ?? I truly cannot make any sense of these clues, but thanks a lot for your help. I think it will need someone with their own copy of the Mag, to get a better idea of all the clues needed. JO..

I know MATTERS fits in with the letters you've got, but it doesn't really answer the clue. MATCHES is a synonym for both 'suits' and 'ties'. I don't have the puzzle so I could be wrong.
Do you want to give us the clues for the intersecting words?

BUT I have another wrong,
CLUE.. 6d, Always Mary lent pen freely 11 letters.. I had PERTINANTLY,
but now the I inthe middle is wrong it is now an A ..( OMG..)
