Can anyone suggest me best way to reduce weight. I have gain too much weight and I want to reduce it so please suggest me right way..!!!

The most important ( and least expensive) part of losing weight is eating less. Try cutting about 300 calories a day. Mostly that can be done without spending any money. Stop drinking soda, cookies, candy bars, fruit juices. Eat less bread, rice, pasta.
Then you can start exercising more. Try adding 300 calories of exercise a day. Walk 3 miles a day. If you do that you will lose about 1 pound a week.

How it is possible to go to bed without having meal. It is not possible to get good sleep on Empty stomach

I think you're generally right, Stela. What can sometimes be improved is what you have for that bedtime snack, and how much you eat. Double fudge brownies are not the hot tip.
