In recognition of the outstanding contribution by you to the campaign of Recording Endangered Folklore Cultural Heritage, the CFPA hereby bestows upon ___name___ the title of being China Outstanding Folklore Photographer.

this is a certificate our organization is going to present to our members. but i am not sure if the language is right and proper.

the "China Outstanding Folklore Photographer" is an honor name. is it right to put them in this way?

the chinese is
为表彰您在保护“抢救性记录民俗文化遗产”行动中的贡献,特于 year month day 授予“中国杰出民俗摄影家”称号

we did some revision, and here it is now:

In recognition of the outstanding contribution to the campaign of Recording Endangered Folklore Cultural Heritage, the CFPA hereby honor ___name___ as the China Outstanding Folklore Photographer.

I'd phrase it as "Outstanding Photographer of Chinese Folklore", assuming that's what the person is photographing, or if it's a Chinese photographer specifically, filming folklore anywhere, "Outstanding Chinese Photographer of World Folklore". and so on. And if you're awarding more than one certificate leave out "the" before "Outstanding Photographer...." version 2 is definitely better. And "In recognition of outstanding contributions to..."
