Like to check the following:

12d. Overexerting. =. I can fit two words that essentially mean the same in the grid, they are SPRAINING. or. STRAINING think it may be the second word, any input would Br welcome

I couldn't decide between Cove or Cape
@Valda,
Valda, a cove is an inlet or bay, whereas a cape goes out from the coastline, and is where a lighthouse would be built so it would be seen from as far as possible.
