running out of time, & am in hospital with not much in dictionaries.

sorry systolic doesn't fit. the letters I have are, sy?t??? So hard doing these in hospital with only a couple of little dictionaries. I will be looking for your help a lot. Been in bed for 2 months now with 2 broken ankles and heel. Be in probably for another 6 weeks at least. A fella came around a bend on the wrong side of the road & my drivers tyre ended up on my feet against the console. not nice, But it was more scary when there was a fire around the car. I was lucky there were some good people nearby who put it out.
