Hello
I need some help please...I am so confused.
What is the difference between : denaturing (polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis) PAGE and SDS PAGE
between non -denaturing PAGE and neutral PAGE

non denaturation PAGE wont crap up your nucleic acids when heated.
I know that some gels allow DNA to unravel. re you doing nucleics?

uh, I jut assumed you were doing PCR. Or is your goal something else.
