That millionaires and billionaires pay less tax rates than most middle-class workers has absolutely "nothing to do with the income tax issue" in the US.

It has "everything" to do with the revenue issues to fund "necessary" government spending. However, the GOP doesn't want to cut defense spending. They only wish to cut funding for our schools, infrastructure, and the poor.
