How to reduce face fat???????????

Hello guys,
I want to reduce my face fat… I don't want to pitch or make my cheeks higher. I am skinny but my face has a lot of extra skin that makes me look fat. Does anyone know if face exercises work? If not is there another way? Please I want to get rid of my face fat asap.Thanks in advance!.
