COLOSSUS NO 144

for those of us who don't have the puzzle in front of us, what are the clues?

Hi Maizie as good as a lot of the A2k followers are they dont stand a chance with tthe info given and with 130 posts to your credit would have thought you had learnt how to formatt your questions by now.Study other posts and try to emulate them.I have finished both Cashwords and Stinker but cannot match up the letters given with the clues given in each, but dont be discouraged keep trying and you will get a lot of help down the track.philcottie

Maizey I totally agree with the two previouis posters! You have to provide far more detail than you do presently! I have all the completed puzzles of the Colossus No.144 in front of me, yet I can't help you at present.
What are the clues and from which puzzle? Knowing that, you will get your answers in no time, either from me or the two previous posters who are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Yes maizey I have tried to the cryptics without success but the answers given help because I can try to work out how they were arrived at,but will keep trying need to delete some stuff out of this old brain.philcottie.

l think that your old brain is a fountain of knowledge.When you and l went to school we were taught proper subjects,not like they do now, how on earth do they think people are going to be, think the powers that be want everybody to be like robots with no brains of their own,just follow like sheep, but this sheep is not for turning,will always protest that our younger generation are not getting the education that they should.
