my little sis is in doubt.....any1 help her to make a right decision.

she is reading in class 12 and her stream is COMMERCE WITH ECHO .so anyone help me to guide my sister what to do....i am afraid bcoz her schooling is about to end i mean she is giving her 12 class exam within two months.
