Ankle is the most important part of our leg which helps in moving freely. When it is injured or you are feeling some sort of discomfort in the joints than there some quick tips to lessen the pain:
1. Don't stress it more, give it as much rest as you can.
2. Avoid wearing ill-fitting shoes, it may worsen the pain.
3. If the ankle is swollen try some hot and cold compress over the area.
4. Take some pain reliever to reduce the pain
5. Unable to walk than use crutches
6. After recovery try some low impact physical activities to reduce the stiffness.
