I feel like im cheating if I transpose high tenor songs into a lower key so I can sing them

Particular songs by the beatles. I generally have to use the capo and transpose, but I feel like Im cheating somehow by doing so? I have practied singng for a while and taken many lessons, but my range is F2 through A5. Is that a bad range? Is it a tenor or baritone?

It's not cheating, it is how singers sing. Who wants to limit themselves to just stuff originally sung in their range?
