I hate to burst your bubble but if you REALLY are planning to build a multimillion dollar theme park and you're asking a random internet forum then you're probably not in the position to actually create a MULTIMILLION dollar business.
Do you have the money to buy the land (acres and acres)? Hire the engineering and construction firms? Hire the marketing and advertising firm? Hire the law firm because you will need millions of dollars worth of liability insurance because theme parks are where people do get injured and hurt. Lawsuits will happen.
Will you manage the personnel and daily maintenance of the park yourself? Or will you need to hire an third party company?
This is how the proverbial sausage is made. Most aspects of running a theme park is drudge and anxiety. If your thread request is legitimate then good luck. You're going to need it by the flatbed truck. Okay. You're going to need it by a caravan of flatbed trucks. If this is just a fun mental exercise or worse middle school homework? Um... have fun...?
