How do I change my Neopet to unconverted?

I have a Faerie Xweetok and it's perfectly fine. No illness, happy, bloated, not wearing any clothing beside backgrounds and foregrounds. What's wrong? I went to my pet's quick reference but my Faerie Xweetok has no notices. How am I supposed to turn it into unconverted?
