do you have a favorite word/expression that you try to drop into conversations whenever possible.

My favorite word is ----- "Bollox" ------ Good old Anglo Saxon word that can be used with venom or as a gentle aside to show dissaproval or dissapointment. It can be a verb, adjective or a simple expletive.

My favorite expression is ---- "I must go & turn my bike round" ------ meaning there is something urgent that you must attend to.

Bastard. Thaty's a wonderful word. Wanker is good too. Word, that is. I'm straight, I don't like other wankers. Just the word sounds good.

personally-

"excellent" is a grand word used for many different occassions and meanings

"blow me" works wonders as a phrase-especially coming from one of the female gender, it works for me

However I think that
shlt Wink is a fabulous word with so many meanings and uses it is completely underestimated

"We're going to hell in a handbasket"

"Come hell or highwater"

"We searched hell and half of georgia"

"Don't get your knickers in a twist"

I like these dated, creative phrases.

This I think, was a phrase coined by a diminutive Lancastrian comedienne called Hilda Baker which meant " he's a big tit"
