Use Your Watch As a Reminder

Hello Friends,

Everyone forgets things every now and then, but if your forgetfulness is starting to interfere with your daily life, you may want to consider using your wrist watch to help you focus. Many watch models offer hourly, daily and one-time alarm options that can be used to remind you to do just about anything. If using your watch as a reminder doesn't improve your memory, consider consulting your doctor. Forgetfulness and having trouble concentrating can be an indication of a number of medical conditions, including fibromyalgia.

Thanks a lot!
