Boat Transportation

I would make short moves of a 40 footer by contracting with a marine railroad. Once I moved my boat from Connecticut to Maine using a trailer and I had it shrink wrapped to minimize he dings (A road trip can often be a pretty messy ordeal). I had a trucker friend with a Freightliner drive my boat on a marine flatbed trailer that i rented in the Chestertown Md area.

Unless youre a trucker, I wouldnt do the driving and the fitting of the bot.
On Some roaDS YOU WILL need a permit if you have a wide beam
