I am happy to have Alan Thornton, an old friend and fellow musician moving to Raleigh to "join up". Alan brings in much guitar shredding skills, great songwriting abilities, much experience and many good vibes.

Alan played guitar for Nantucket, who as you may remember was a major label recording act and toured extensively with Kiss, AC/DC and others back in the day, so he also notches up our marquee value even higher.

I parted company with both my new guitar players and will spend today auditioning another guitarist to have broken in when Alan gets here end of March to work in.

If this guy doesn't work out, I will give up and just play myself as the second guitarist, although my greater skills lie in being a front man/vocalist, but I'm tired of working people in on the same 20 songs. I wrote a couple of new songs for this new Cirkus that I've forgotten myself and if I don't work up something new soon I may open a vein. Rolling Eyes Shocked Even squinney, who hates hard rock and metal is becoming an expert she's heard this stuff so much. She can actually tell Judas Priest from AC/DC and recognize classic metal from numetal now. What an accomplishment huh? Razz

So it's rehearsal all day. Sure beats putting on a tie and going to an office. Very Happy

Hey ho ho
We're honorable men
And before we lose our tempers we will always count to ten
On occasion there may be someone you have to execute
But when you're a professional pirate
You don't have to wear a suit

Professional Pirate

Same for rock musicians?
