Hi margsy Lovatts here in Oz have already stated they will accept pencilled in entries so long as they are neat.I have been doing this for some time now and find if you use a 3b pencil and keep it sharp it works fine.3b being a softer lead doesn't dig into the paper and after erasing doesn't leave an impression and youll find that it photo copies fine on most modern copier's if you want to make a copy.This method avoids making mistakes in going over the pencilled copy which can occur.philcottie.

Thank you pilcottie, will note your remarks ,most of the pencils we have in the house are ones my hubby uses for his sketching, so l will get a 3b in a different colour, so all the family will know its mums.
