Rug padding like an area rug pad, it is made to protect the concrete floors. It is also designed to avoid slips from the rug. Buy rug pads in square, round, rectangle, runners, octagon and oversize rug pads.
@rugpadcorner,
We have hardwood floors and have a few rugs on them, you do need them on a pad to keep them from sliding. They sell them in most large stores, even homedepot.
@rugpadcorner,
Why concrete floors? Don't I want to protect my solid oak flooring too?
[No,no, I'm not about to buy your silly product. Just hadda get my
in.]
@Lustig Andrei,
Actually, most concrete floors are tougher than most rugs, unless they are making them out of Kevlar. Of all the uses for a pad, protecting the concrete slab is pretty much the bottom of the list.
@roger,
More a matter of protection for the rug itself, I'd think.
@roger,
Hey, we played right into this dude's hands, didn't we, Rog? Here we are discussing his product, just as though it was a legitimate thread.
