How to Use Windows Media Player Transcription?

Hi Guys,

My friend told me that transcribing digital content doesn't have to be a daunting task. It can be used in Windows Media Player to transcribe the files, as it's capable of slowing down the content without changing its tone or pitch. Armed with the latest free version of Windows Media Player, tackling any transcription job can be done with ease. But, he did not give any idea how to use windows media player transcription. So, anyone having brilliant idea on it, then please suggest me.
