Have you tried any of the freeze-dried meals? Any good? I have a buddy who dehydrates his own chile etc to take when he goes hunting. He likes his own stuff well enough.

I would love to get a generator for the cottage. We have lost power there many times. Most folks around there have one. I wouldn't mind one for home too, but double everything is way out of my pay grade.
What else is on my wish list....
Battery backup for the sump pump there. It's foolish NOT to have it. That I can remedy.
