It is very difficult to judge what a customer need when it comes to multiple requirements. Because many of the times customer himself/herself does not know about the requirements he/she needs. At that time i need to ask what should be best to d to assure a customer's requirement.

What one wants, none knows better than himself. If I'm an owner of signage company I'll give or show him my best creative design but maybe he will be from that kind who likes simple design, or from them who likes the plane color design. So the expectations differ from person to person depending on their choice.
