Least expensive/ Least stressful places to live in the USA

IF you're looking for the least expensive then least stressful may be difficult to find. AS I get it, those places that are the least expensive tend to lack in things like jobs, grocery stores, etc.... AKA really stressful places to live.

Barrow, Alaska, or so I've heard, if you can live without the sun.

and fresh produce.

and women.

Well, she wants the least stressful place too. Living like a hermit, hunting your own food is the next best thing to zero stress. she asked for it.
