Has anyone had to ' fire ' a recruiter

I have a recruiter that i feel does not work very hard for me. It seems as tho im always contacting her with jobs that i have heard about from 'other companies ' in HCA hospitals...... Its a Parallon recruiter and typically they have paid a little better at HCA hospitals than the ' farmed out ' companies. Any suggestions as to how this should be handled ?

Mitt Romney likes to fire people, perhaps he can give you some pointers.

That said, just tell the person directly, "I'm not satisfied with the results of our association. Here's why..... I'll give it another two weeks for improvement now that you know of my dissatisfaction, and then I'll be going elsewhere."
