Social Widget issues

I am using social icons to display on my pages. The social icons shown while we scroll down also. So i am using the css property of position: absolute. It works for all the browsers as well as in Macos ,iphone5and ipad5. But while checking with Iphone 3,4and 5 device the social icons are not displayed while we scroll down. Please send me any solutions.
