So would this be possible? Can something likes surface tension keep it up and like the spinning of the water too? I want to try it haven't yet. But anyways before I do, Do you guys think it;s possible?

I just bet it takes a lot of patience, and agree that the more towels you have, the merrier. I'm wondering what distilled water offers that's better than tap water.

To answer your question, no, I don't believe it. I will trust you to do the research and report back. Don't forget the towels.

@roger,
The table must be perfectly level . It works just as well with cold tap water .

Keep trying, it may take you many repeats to "get it just right"
